What motivates me in my position? I want our Rangatahi to be directed by their objectives and ambitions.
We all make errors, but the important thing is how we grow from them.
As we know, it takes a village, and whanau support is essential for our Rangatahi
to flourish, therefore it’s crucial to consider their larger environment and be able to awhi the whanau as a whole.
