I am an eldest sibling of 6 tamariki and I’ve always been a role model that they look up to. Through working with Te Hau Awhiwhio o Otangarei Trust, I feel I am pursuing my dream to work along side whanau and make a difference in their lives. Stepping into a receptionist role I have gained enjoyment interacting with each individual whanau and engaging in customer service. In addition I have the privilege to be a part of a team that strives on empowering and supporting whanau in the community. This role has allowed me to showcase my organisational skills and use my communication skills daily.
